The company has taken over as main sponsors of The Dorchester Rugby Club. The deal was signed up at the clubhouse prior to the match on Saturday. Acheson have been main sponsors of the club before and club members welcomed the company back. Graham Aspley the club's Honorary Secretary said "Acheson Construction have generously agreed to become Club sponsors and the club is extremely grateful for this and their support is very much appreciated." Martin Raper the Club's Chairman added "The sponsorship is vitally important to the club and we are truly delighted that Acheson have agreed to do this."
Both Rob Acheson and Lloyd Surcouf, directors of Acheson were former players and their involvement in the club goes back many years. "Our hearts are very much within the club and we are pleased to be in a situation to assist the club in this way" said Lloyd Surcouf.
