Since building our first Housing Association development in Dorchester in 1980, we have gained considerable experience and expertise in delivering good quality affordable homes, for both rental and purchase, for all of the Housing Associations within our area.
We have Constructor Partner status with some of the Housing Associations, reflecting the shared ethos of trust and close collaborative working. This approach has proven to be extremely successful in achieving both client and project objectives.
Sustainable development, which meets the needs and expectations of both present and future generations is of particular interest to us, and is an area in which we have a great deal of expertise and experience.
We are currently building nineteen affordable homes for Magna Housing Association on Portland and sixteen affordable homes for Synergy Housing in Weymouth.
All are sustainable properties, built to Code Level 4.
