A sneak peek at Caraway House
With the dressing of the marketing suite imminent, here’s a sneak peek at the fabulous new Caraway House Care Home in Selsey, West Sussex.
Under construction by our Hampshire office, this luxury 70-bed home is our first for new client Care Concern Group.
The project is located on a green field site off Manor Road and comprises the design and construction of a high-quality, three storey home.
Caraway House will provide essential nursing and palliative care for its elderly, frail and dementia residents in a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment. Café, lounge and dining areas, ensuite bedrooms, companion rooms and assisted bathrooms as well as nurses stations, drugs store, offices, reception area, cleaning cupboard, sluice, laundry and kitchen space are all included within this important facility.
Externally, the building will use a combination of brick, render and cladding and be finished with slate roof tiles. Tranquil and relaxing soft and hard landscaping installations, access and egress road, service access, staff and visitor car parking and foul and storm water drainage are also included in this contract.
