Acheson selected as preferred bidder for new £6M care home in Otterbourne, Hampshire
Perbury Developments Ltd has announced Acheson as the preferred bidder for the construction of a new care home in Otterbourne, Hampshire. The building is a new Shared Care Dementia Unit comprising of 37 shared care dementia living units and a 20-bedroom dementia care nursing wing. This project builds on Acheson’s growing experience in the care home sector with construction work due to commence in March 2014.
