Handover at Nicholas House, Weymouth
Acheson are delighted to have achieved PC at the new Nicholas House in Weymouth for repeat client Sovereign Housing (now SNG).
This collection of 18 affordable apartments along Buxton Road include a fabulous penthouse with wraparound terrace offering stunning sea views of the Channel that stretch as far as France on a clear day.
Residents will be moving in over the coming weeks and we wish them the very best of luck in their new homes.
Nicholas House follows the success of our Potters Grove scheme in Poole that saw Acheson deliver 127 affordable units for this important repeat client.
We look forward to continuing our delivery of much needed quality affordable homes following our award of a place on the SNG framework.
