New Contract - Bradfords Building Services, Sherborne
Bradfords Building Supplies are an expanding company with branches covering the South West of England. Bradfords are currently investing strongly in many of their branches to modernise and update the facilities for both customers and staff to suit new requirements.
Bradfords are already a well-established business within Sherborne town centre, at a site with a mixture of outbuildings and warehouses which have been adapted and altered over the years in order to suit their requirements and purposes as the branch has grown and the business has changed. The opportunity has arisen with the redevelopment of the Barton Farm site for Bradfords to acquire an ‘out of town’ site, to build a modern energy efficient building that has been purposefully designed to accommodate this company’s requirements not only for the present day but for the future growth.
ACL have won the contract to design and build a single storey unit approx 73m x 29m and 7.2m high to highest ridge, with a separate mezzanine structure over a section of the trade floor/office area.
