Topping Out at Wilton Hill
Despite the rain spirits could not be dampened in a “Topping Out Ceremony” at the Veterans accommodation at Wilton Hill.
The momentous occasion was attended by all parties instrumental in the project. John Glen MP who has supported the development throughout was there to lend a hand in laying the last roof tile less than a year after he broke the first ground.
