Works commence at St Anne's House
Today, Acheson commence works at St Anne’s House, Romsey. This important project delivered for repeat client Aster involves the refurbishment and upgrade of the existing St Anne’s House along Banning Street in Romsey, Hampshire.
The contract will be delivered over five phases of works within a live environment and involves; modification works to garage 8 to accommodate the existing boiler plant located on the roof, roofing improvement works, asbestos removal and refurbishment works to all floors (ground - 5th).
The works will be carried out floor by floor to allow the client to relocate the existing residents to each newly finished floor before commencing works to the next level.
