Last foundation dig at new Send Care Home
Grant Jensen from Barchester Healthcare has marked another important project milestone with the dig of the last foundation at our site in Send.
Grant stood alongside Regional Director Shane Mason (right), Craig Lavery Holden & Lee (left) and the rest of the Acheson team; Assistant Site Manager Andy Holmes, Quantity Surveyor Adam Griffiths, Operations Manager Iain Macdonald and Project Manager Phil Reedman.
This important contract set in the stunning rural area of Send near Surrey involves the design and construction of a 3-storey, 64-bed care home.
Facilities include; ensuite rooms, assisted bathrooms, nurse stations, hair salon, residents lounges, dining rooms, kitchen, activities area and parking.
Generous landscaped gardens and courtyard area will allow residents, visitors and staff to enjoy peaceful outdoor areas during the warmer months.
