Careful design consideration was taken to ensure the operational layout provides the necessary accommodation needed for the home to operate whilst ensuring that it sits comfortably within the surrounding area.
The home includes an obvious entrance with clear wayfinding throughout, discrete staff servicing area, staggered bedroom doors, a number of comfortable day-spaces, destinations at the ends of corridors, low-level cills to allow outward views from seated or lying positions and an assisted bathroom dedicated to each care group.
