Latest progress news from Upton Bay Care Home
There is lots of exciting progress happening at our Upton Bay Care Home site for Barchester Healthcare.
Masonry works along Hoyal Road are progressing to wall plate with those to Lake Road complete along with the roofing carcassing. Roof covering works will commence shortly.
The internal screed and intumescent spraying of the structural steelwork have completed on the LGF & GF levels. The windows and doors are also installed on both levels and the internal metal stud & MF framing have commenced to the LGF.
M&E 1st fix installations are progressing well on both floors, the water, electric & BT services have been laid into the building and the service connections completed. The plant room fit out works have also commenced.
The base course tarmac has been laid to the entrance road and car park areas, the perimeter boundary wall is complete with metal railings to the Lake Road elevation installed.
