Nearing the finish line at Farlington

We have reached an exciting point in the programme at Farlington, Portsmouth for new client Richmond Motor Group.
 
Works comprise alterations to the existing kitchen showroom to form two franchised car showrooms that will include sales offices to the ground floor and further offices, a meeting room and staff room on the first floor.
 
A separate existing warehouse building will see a complete refurbishment and fitout to form a new services workshop with parts store and first floor mezzanine for future development.

 
With the branded signage arriving shortly, the M&E second fix and finishes are underway, and the specialist workshop equipment installation has begun.

The cladding is nearing completion and external finishes are progressing well.
 
The Hampshire office are thoroughly enjoying working with the client, design team and subcontractors and look forward to adding another quality showroom scheme to Acheson's extensive commercial portfolio.
