A challenging development of 16 affordable rent homes built in the heart of Littlemoor housing estate in Weymouth over 4 infill sites.
Working in partnership with Synergy Housing Associates we overcame a number of constraints associated with this type of brownfield development including major service diversions.
We worked collaboratively with the local community to ensure the impact of the construction works on neighbouring properties was minimised.
Our involvement in the project began at planning design and followed the successful completion of 4 other garage infill sites on behalf of Synergy in the Weymouth and Portland area.
