Upton Bay Care Home, Hamworthy

Upton Bay Care Home is the 3rd project delivered on behalf of repeat client Barchester. 

This contract involved the design and construction of a luxury 68-bed, 3-storey care home along Hoyal Road in Hamworthy, Poole and showcased the largest marketing suite that Acheson have delivered to date.

This vital new facility offers high-quality residential care services, as well as dedicated dementia care for its residents in Barchester’s unique Memory Lane Community. It will boost employment in the neighbouring areas and go a step further in meeting the demand for high-quality care in Poole.

Following a successful contract delivery and fantastic group performance, the client personally requested that the same team deliver Barchester’s next development in West Parley, Christchurch.
