Affordable Housing Projects

Our experience in affordable housing is extensive, having delivered a vast range of developments over many decades.  We work alongside Registered Social Landlords and Private Developers to deliver good quality affordable homes for both rental and shared ownership.

Our work in this sector has been recognised with several civic and national awards such as the National Design Awards for the best development by an HCA 'registered provider', known as the Richard Feilden Award for Affordable Housing.

We are experienced in partnered schemes and the ACA Partnering Contracts (PPC 2000).  We firmly believe in the partnering ethos and close collaborative working and adopt this method on all projects.  This approach has proven to be extremely successful in achieving both client and project objectives.
