Alexandra House, Brewery Square

Part of the continued Brewery Square development, the Alexandra House project (formerly Hancock House) involved the design and construction of 63nr apartments (57nr one bed and 6nr two bed) for Footstep Living.

The 4 storey building is constructed using brickwork & blockwork traditional cavity wall construction with beam & block ground floor and precast concrete plank to the upper floors, associated M&E work, all external works and drainage, and mains services connections.

The project is located in the vibrant hub of Brewery Square in Dorchester, adjacent to mainline railway from London to Weymouth and provides much needed Affordable Housing for the local community.
